Geological Inversion for Geologists - 

YGF Short Course

Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre Multi-Purpose Room 

This course is intended to provide the geologist with a practical understanding of geophysical forward modelling and inversion. The key topics include basic geological inversion theory, an overview of rock physical properties, an explanation of constrained vs. unconstrained inversion, practical considerations in inversion and interpretation of inversion results.
